How to order?
Choose your favorite Von Scratch product and add it to your shopping basket. Then go to your shopping basket to complete your purchase.
We accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Maestro and iDeal.
As soon as your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. In case you did not receive the order confirmation, please check your junk mail folder.
Shipping
Von Scratch ships all packages with DPD. Depending on location where you live, shipping costs can be different.
We calculate shipping costs as follows:
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany: free shipping
- Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 9,95€ for packages up to 10kg and 19,95€ for packages above 10kg
- Norway, Portugal, Spain: 19,95€ for packages up to 10kg and 39,95€ for packages above 10kg
When you place an order we will ship it to you within 3 days. Depending on the location where you live it takes 1 day up to several days to reach your destination.
