Von Scratch ships all packages with DPD. Depending on location where you live, shipping costs can be different.

We calculate shipping costs as follows:

• Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany: free shipping
• Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 9,95€ for packages up to 10kg and 19,95€ for packages above 10kg
• Norway, Portugal, Spain: 19,95€ for packages up to 10kg and 39,95€ for packages above 10kg

When you place an order we will ship it to you within 3 days. Depending on the location where you live it takes 1 day up to several days to reach your destination.
